Smart Light Technology (SLT) has two distinct energy modes. You can choose between the Energy Saving mode, which optimizes burning life, and the Constant Current mode with electronically controlled, continuous light output.
The Low Battery Indicator, another feature of SLT, constantly checks the battery charge condition and informs you when its time to replace the batteries (excludes M1 and M5).
All lights are shipped from the factory in the Energy Saving Mode.
