Industry-leading Five-year Warranty

At LED LENSER USA we take extraordinary measures so your LED LENSER product will give you many years of dependable service. If it doesn't, we will gladly repair or replace it, at our discretion, with one of equal or greater value under our 5-year guarantee. This warranty does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your LED LENSER product.

Return Information

If you are in Canada or the United States and you'd like to send your LED LENSER product in for warranty repair, please download and complete the Warranty Return Form below. The form must be completed, signed and included with your product in order for us to process your warranty request. Please be sure to send your warranty repair via an insured and trackable service where delivery confirmation can be obtained if necessary. DO NOT SHIP YOUR SHEATH OR ACCESSORIES.

Besides fixing your documented problem, LED LENSER USA will ship your product back to you at our expense using a trackable shipping service.

This warranty does not cover sheaths, accessories, imprinting, color finishes, natural wastage (damage caused by battery corrosion or water), manual touch abrasion (such as battery power decrease, abrasion of shell, button, etc.), or damages caused by improper usage such as battery expansion due to lithium ion failure caused by over charge.

LED LENSER USA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

 

If you have a light that features the BOTH the names/logos "Coast™" and "LED LENSER®" on the product, and you need warranty service, please follow the instructions above for all lights. If you have a light that ONLY has the name "Coast™" on the product, please contact Coast Products at : 877-704-4545 about all warranty services.
